This course focuses on ways to promote the success of all students by examining, nurturing, and sustaining a school culture of reflective practice, high expectations, and ethical behavior. Students will examine the current condition of teaching, understand the basic components of a successful school culture, and practice and develop the essential process of a professional learning community.
